Hydracrop 165-S (Ironworker)
The Ironworker, Hydracrop 165-S is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose
machine. 185-ton punch capacity enables this unit to punch a 1-1/2” hole
in a 1-1/4”-thick plate. The Ironworker also has an angle shear with
a “non-deform cut capacity” of
8 X 8 X ¾ and the plate shear has the capacity to process 3/16” through
1” thick material the full blade length of 30”.
The punch and shear
are driven by two separate cylinders with two remote foot pedals which
allow for simultaneous and independent operation of the punch and shear stations.
A
wide variety of tooling, both standard and specialty is available for this
machine. The size and versatility of the 165-S allows for 1-1/4” thick
base plates as well as 3/8” thick washer stock to be processed on
the same machine.
