Anglemaster
The 623M angle line (Anglemaster) has the capability of cutting-to-length and punching holes in angles up to L6 X 6 X ½. Forty feet of infeed and outfeed capacity gives us the versatility to produce a wide array of parts including clip angles for structural fabricators and truss members for conveyor manufacturers.
Flat bars as large as ½ X 6 can also be cut-to-length and punched on this line as well as precut channel up to C6 @ 8.2. The Anglemaster has two punch stations which enable both legs of an angle to be punched in a single pass. Slotted, round, square and hex tooling can be used at both stations.
The machine utilizes a Windows-based program along with nesting software to eliminate costly layout and detail work and results in greater consistency from part to part.
